The situation in an HR-specific issue is intertwined and you want to untie the Gordian knot? As an independent HR expert with more than 30 years of professional experience, including around 10 years in a managerial position, I am happy to be your sparring partner. If required, also in an HR interim function.

About me

“Moving people and organizations forward” is my passion. I have in-depth experience in all strategic and operational areas of modern HRM. These include, among other things:

  • Definition and implementation of HR strategies, redefinition of the HR portfolio, establishment of specialized HR teams, introduction of new and adaptation of existing HR processes and HR tools

  • Harmonization and implementation of new employment conditions

  • Concept and implementation of new recruitment strategies and evaluation of personality tests

  • Conception and implementation of new remuneration models

  • Conception and implementation of workshops, training, assessment and development centers
